Not an escrow agency or title insurer

Title & Escrow Expert does not conduct escrows, hold or disburse funds, issue title insurance, or act as a settlement agent. Any mention of a title or escrow company is a suggestion only; you choose and engage any company yourself.

No engagement until a written agreement

Sending a form, calling, texting, or emailing does not create an engagement, an expert witness retention, or a confidential relationship. An engagement begins only when a written agreement is signed after the conflict check. Ami may decline any matter.

Independence and fees

Opinions are formed independently from the records reviewed. Fees are hourly or flat as set out in the written agreement and are never contingent on the outcome of a matter. No result is promised or implied.

Communications

By sending an inquiry you agree to be contacted about it by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts. Do not send confidential or privileged information before an engagement is in place.

Content and accuracy
