The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone, your role, the type of help you need, and anything you choose to add, such as party names, firm, court, deadline, and a short summary.
Please do not send sensitive records
Do not send privileged communications, confidential case documents, account numbers, government ID numbers, or medical information through this website. An inquiry does not create an expert witness retention, consulting engagement, attorney-client relationship, or any privileged relationship.
How information is used
To respond to your inquiry, run a conflict and fit review, communicate about a possible engagement, keep business records, prevent spam, and operate and secure the site.
Calls and text messages
If you give a phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. We do not send marketing texts to numbers collected through the form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Advertising and analytics
We may use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and the Meta pixel to measure how visitors find the site and whether an inquiry was sent after clicking an ad. These tools use cookies or similar technology and receive information such as pages viewed, ad click identifiers, browser type, and IP address. The contents of your inquiry are not sent to these advertising platforms. You can limit ad personalization through your Google and Meta account settings and your browser's cookie controls.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Bluehost. Form submissions are processed and delivered by Formspree. These providers handle information to deliver their services under their own privacy terms.

Inquiries are kept as long as reasonably needed for conflict checking, business records, legal obligations, and security.
