From the file room to the owner's office
Ami Hadad founded Element Title & Escrow in Las Vegas in 2019 and ran it as president. He managed the work, the people, the procedures, and the business decisions that shape a title and escrow operation, and the company was acquired by Ticor Title, a Fidelity National Financial company.
He has been the escrow professional handling the file, the manager setting procedure, the owner responsible for the operation, and the seller completing the transfer of the business he built. That gives him a practical view of how a file should move, where controls matter, and how failures develop across a transaction.
Today Ami works with plaintiff and defense counsel on matters involving title insurance, escrow operations, closing practice, written instructions, transaction fraud, and the duties of the escrow holder. He is based in Las Vegas and takes appropriate engagements nationwide, with remote consultation and deposition available.
How he works
Title and escrow disputes involve dense files, unfamiliar terms, and overlapping roles. Ami puts the sequence in order, names the operational questions, and explains the transaction in language that counsel, judges, and juries can follow. His opinions stay within his expertise and follow the record.
