He Built It. He Ran It. He Sold It. Now He Explains It.
A title and escrow operator whose experience extends from the individual file to branch management, company ownership, and acquisition.

Experience from the File Room to the Owner's Office
Ami Hadad built a Nevada title and escrow company from the ground up in Las Vegas. He managed the work, the people, the procedures, the responsibilities, and the business decisions that shape a title and escrow operation.
The company was acquired by Ticor Title, a Fidelity National Financial company. That experience gives Ami a practical view of what reliable operations require, how a file should move, where controls matter, and how failures can develop across a transaction.
He has been the escrow professional handling the file, the branch manager setting procedure, the owner responsible for the operation, and the seller completing the transfer of the business he built. His analysis is grounded in direct experience rather than a purely academic understanding of the industry.
Today, Ami works with plaintiff and defense counsel in matters involving title insurance, escrow operations, closing practice, written instructions, transaction fraud, fiduciary duties, and related real estate disputes.
He is based in Las Vegas, has direct market experience in Nevada and California, and is available for appropriate engagements nationwide. Remote consultation and deposition are available.
